The Grace Pearl & Gem studs feature natural pearl and a 7 x 5 lab sapphire with a post connection. Available in either 9ct yellow gold or sterling silver, and they are sold as a pair. Please note: Pearls are unique and will differ from the image due its natural and individual characteristics we will match them up with their best fit.
